Arbors at Dogwood Creek

The Arbors at Dogwood Creek encompasses over 500 acres of rolling land with massive tree coverage: Juniper, oak, pine, and a variety of other trees.

The Arbors, developed by Sabine Investments, contains a total of 260 building sites, ranging from 1 to approximately 5 acres.

The Arbors at Dogwood creek is a deed restricted community. Homes are architecturally controlled to protect property investments.

The Arbors at Dogwood Creek is proud of it's Community Park with it's tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

There are also several gazebos with barbecue pits, a pavilion with restrooms, and a large playground area.

For those so inclined, there is a quarter mile concrete walking/jogging trail!

The arbors park is for resident use only, but can be reserved for property owner events, ie, parties, family outings, holiday events, etc.
